Jennifer has worked for Highland Financial Group since 2001. During her 21 years with the firm, she has developed proficiency in all aspects of policy and account service such as life insurance underwriting and annuity contracts.
Jennifer handles all areas of life insurance processing, including new application submission, ordering paramedical exams, case requirement tracking and policy delivery.
Jennifer is a lifetime resident of Woburn, Massachusetts, and graduate of Woburn High School. She also studied at Salem State College and frequently refreshes her education on industry-related topics.
